Ana Nascimento

Ana Nascimento is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Qualified Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the field. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Webster University College of Arts and Science and is passionate about providing quality services to individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders. Ana has worked as a Case Manager, Mental Health Therapist, Facilitator, Trainer, and Relationship Educator, and has provided relationship education and conflict resolution for couples for the past 10 years.

Ana has expertise in working with children and families from diverse populations with various diagnoses and symptom severity. She has provided supervision, oversight, and fidelity monitoring for several evidence-based programs throughout her career. Ana currently serves as the Program Director of Breakthrough and Mental Health at Embrace Families Solutions, where she utilizes a strengths-based and case-specific clinical consultation approach that promotes client self-efficacy and facilitates the resolution of service delivery challenges.
