Michael Neswold

Michael Neswold is the Chief Executive Officer of Titan Electric Southeast in Orlando. A 27-year
veteran in the commercial electrical contracting field, he has held a variety of key management
positions including Vice President of one of the largest commercial electrical contracting companies
in Chicago

Michael, his wife Nikki and their children moved to Seminole County from Illinois in 2005
when he assumed the CEO position at Titan Electric Southeast. Michael and Nikki are devoted to the
welfare and development of children. They volunteered their time mentoring high school and
elementary students in their hometown of Naperville, Illinois.

Michael has been a member of many industry associations such as the Chicago Building Congress, Associated Builders & Contractors, the International Facility Management Association and the local chapter of the United States Green
Building Council.
