Nikki Riggsbee

Nikki Riggsbee has more than 20 years of experience in child welfare, beginning her career as a child protection investigator in Orlando.

After serving in various case management roles, including as a senior supervisor and assistant director of programs, she joined Embrace Families in 2016 as quality manager, Interstate Compact Placement of Children/Out of County Services. She went on to serve as operations manager and is now executive director of Embrace Families Community Based Care Orange County West.

Nikki is passionate about child welfare and uses her experience and knowledge to obtain the best outcomes for the children and families she serves. She works closely with the case management organization to support their efforts to achieve that same goal.

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from North Carolina Central University, Nikki earned a Master of Arts in forensic psychology and a Master of Science in human services with a specialization in counseling. She is also Florida certified in child welfare.
