Raeann Bacchus

On the front lines of protecting Florida’s most vulnerable children for more than a decade, Raeann Bacchus serves as the Vice President of Embrace Families Solutions.

Formerly the Out of Home Care Director at Kids Central Inc., Raeann’s expertise includes recruiting, training, licensing and managing foster homes, while managing the agency’s intake and placement unit. Her career also spans eight years with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) as a Child Protective Investigator and an Investigations Supervisor in Orange and Osceola counties.

A graduate of DCF’s Central Region Leadership Academy, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and a master’s in Administration of Justice from the University of Phoenix.
