Breakthrough for Central Florida Kids

Each year, 1 in 6 children, ages 6 to 17, experience a mental health challenge.  And their families, struggling along with them, wonder where to turn for help.

WFTV-TV recently told the story of Julien and his brave family, who were determined to get the help their child needed.  Breakthrough was the answer.

Embrace Families’ Breakthrough program, in partnership with Orange County Government and Federation of Families of Central Florida, helps young adults like Julien and his family turn their lives around for the better.  Breakthrough offers mental health support, wraparound services, and family partnerships that offer hope to those navigating uncertainty and the unknown.
