CAC Osceola In Need... Can you help our kids?

Embrace Families Solutions works to strengthen families and the communities in which they live. As an affiliated non-profit agency operated as part of Embrace Families, our goal is to get ahead of challenges that often disrupt families — like victim advocacy, family homelessness and youth mental health. This work helps to strengthen and keep families intact before they become overwhelmed by crisis.
Our Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) Osceola, a nationally accredited program, is a first stop and a safe refuge for children who are victims of sexual and physical abuse. To reduce trauma and promote healing, the CAC model is designed to facilitate a coordinated, multi-agency response — including law enforcement, medical professionals and therapists — who partner with Child Advocates and families in one safe and child-friendly setting.
This is indeed essential work, and throughout the COVID pandemic CAC Osceola has remained open to serve local children and their families. Like other first responders, the team there is tireless in their dedication to keeping kids safe and giving families the support they need to heal.
Can you help?
Many of our kids spend lots of time at the CAC Osceola building, and they need a distraction. Unfortunately, CAC’s lobby TV and gaming system have seen better days.
Will you help ensure our kiddos are entertained as they await therapy and other services during their visit to the center? To contribute, please visit www.embracefamilies.org/donate-cac to purchase an item on CAC Osceola’s Amazon Wish List; or click “Monetary Donation” to contribute to a fund to purchase these items and support other needs of this safe place for kids.

Thank you for proving once again that you are a champion for children!
