No Age Limit on Adoption

WESH NEWS (click here to view) recently captured a heartwarming story about teen adoption.

Siblings Arielis and Christian first met Ms. LaDonna Comer four years ago when they were placed in the Bridging Lives group home.  She was their house parent, and with her they found stability and love.  When the home closed six months ago, the kids asked if they could stay with her.  Ms. Comer agreed, and in April she officially adopted Arielis (15) and Christian (14) in a ceremony at the Orange County Juvenile Courthouse.
