The journey from foster care to adulthood can be challenging. Our Youth Transitional Services program works to support youth during this transition through education and career services, driving and housing resources and financial support.
Being a foster parent to children in need is a rewarding and sometimes challenging job. Find all resources and support you need to be successful, including information about joining your local foster parent association and working with our Foster Parent Advocates to help meet your families individual needs.
Embrace Families provides resources, guidance and counseling to families following their adoption. Our goal is to provide a smooth transition as forever families are formed, and on an ongoing basis as they continue to work through the joys and challenges of parenting a child who has experienced trauma.
Relative caregivers, also called kin caregivers, step up to provide stability, structure and acceptance needed during what can be a scary and traumatic time for children. Embrace Families, in partnership with Childrens Home Network, provides relative caregivers with the support and resources they need.
